Service Tickets

Metrics for service tickets can be found in this section. With a quick glance, you can see what has been happening over certain time periods.

You will find a list of all service tickets at the bottom of this page and you will have the ability to search by asset number and limit the search to open, closed or all tickets.

You can view each service ticket by clicking on the view button on the right side of each row. The service ticket will display all information recorded by the technician as well as any images captured during the service. You will also have the ability to upload any images from this screen as well as edit the ticket.
