Batteries

From the batteries asset page, you can click on the Actions drop down list and click on view to see additional details and service activity for each individual battery. At the top of the view page, you will see similar data from the list view as well as some service information. Watering and washing your batteries on a consistent frequency can increase the life of the asset. You will see when the battery was last washed and watered along with the average time between those services. If the last service time is within your services intervals as set in your Settings > Preferences, the items will be listed in green else they will be listed in red.

Performance Charts

If you happen to be changing batteries in your lift trucks and utilizing the change out functionality of the app, you will see some battery performance charts. You can look back in time to see if a certain low performance was due to a previous issue with the charging cycle and determine if there may be a procedure issue with your battery cycling.

Battery Downtime

Downtime is tracked on all assets when they are tagged out of service. If planned maintenance is being performed and you choose to track downtime, it will be listed as planned downtime. If you tag a battery out or create a service ticket where you want to track down time, that will be considered unplanned downtime. Downtime is tracked in minutes and the report can be adjusted to the time period you would like to evaluate.
