Equipment Details

The technician can look up details for any asset by clicking on the Equipment Details button on the Services App. This will provide the technician with the ability to select the asset type then manually input the battery reference number or scan the QR Code on the asset to quickly find the asset.

Along with providing general details about the asset, the screen will give details on previous services provided as well as links to perform those services.

Below the details, you will see a list for each of the services provided for that asset.
