Truck Queue

If you are utilizing the truck queue, the service technicians have the ability to remove trucks from the queue if there has been an error during input. To view any removals from the queue, you will find a View Trucks Removed From Queue button at the top of the screen. Clicking on that button will give you a list of any removals along with the technician that made the removal as well as the reason that they recorded.

Battery Change Metrics

Metrics for battery changes can be found in this section. With a quick glance, you can see what has been happening over certain time periods.

Charts are also available to give you feedback on the average truck hours between changes as well as queue wait times if you are utilizing a queue system. By clicking on on any of the titles on the chart, you can exclude that data so that you can concentrate on the information that is most important to you.

Charts are also available to give you insights into changing trends over time. This chart is paginated, so you can go back and look at changes for the complete history on the application.

Every change is logged and can be reviewed from this page giving you all the activity for each change and the user that made the change.

If an error was made during the entry of the change. It can easily be changed or removed by clicking on the edit or delete button to the far left of each row.
